Event Details

Join us for a performance of contemporary classical music by composers Camila Agosto and Felipe Lara led by saxophonist Kyle Blake Jones, performed in direct response to our current exhibition ’Words/Matter: Latin American Art and Language at the Blanton.’ This performance will take place in our museum atrium.

Museum admission is always free on Thursdays. On the third Thursday of each month, the museum remains open until 9 pm.

The Blanton is located at the intersection of Congress Avenue and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.  Paid parking is available in the Blanton/Brazos Garage on Brazos Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. Parking is $4; bring your ticket with you to the front desk of the museum.
