Our staff development workshops and customized retreats will provide an invaluable experience for workgroups in the corporate, technology, health, and non-profit sectors. Engaging with art can build emotional intelligence and communication skills, enhance creative and critical thinking skills, and stimulate professional reflection.

Each option will include focused, interpretive conversations that invite close looking, evidence-based reasoning, and diverse perspectives—as well as lively, skills-based activities that relate to professional goals and values.
This is a sample of our pricing structure. Larger groups will require 2 facilitators and will be charged accordingly.
- $1500 for 8-15 participants on a 2.5-hour gallery experience
- $2500 for up to 15 participants on a half-day workshop
Note: Fees are calculated on the “Robin Hood model,” so corporate clients can consider 40% of their costs as a contribution that supports the Blanton in serving non-profit work teams, as well as vulnerable populations in our community.
Representatives from non-profit and social service organizations may inquire about our sliding scale for workshop fees.
